13 Nov 2007 - Cinderella!!!

For Christmas this year we are doing Cinderella. The performances will be on 12th and 13th December. The infants do a nativity every year where as the juniors do a play (Cinderella) with songs one year and songs and music the next.

We do rehearsals every day. There is a part for every one, it may be a character, it could be a part in the choir or orchestra, maybe fetching the characters, or even sorting out when the curtains need to be closed.

The picture above is a picture of the ugly sisters rehearsing now that we are getting closer and closer to the performances they will need to know their lines. If they don?t then they need to LEARN THEIR LINES. We have ugly sisters, Dandini the Fairy Godmother, towns girl, father, stepmother, towns folk, courtiers, the prince and the one and only Cinderella. Also there are soldiers, fairies, the sergeant, the choir and orchestra . So there is a part for every one. If you don?t want to be on stage then there are stage and seat helpers and people to sell refreshments.
